Our Return Policy

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Certain items may be excluded from returns and marked as final sale on their product page and are not eligible for return.

Our made-to-order gemstone necklaces remain eligible for returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to our standard return conditions.

Our custom made-to-order vermeil pieces are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds for change of mind reasons. These pieces are made specifically for your order so please review your selection carefully before purchasing. 

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights or any remedies available for items that are faulty, damaged or incorrect. 

Earrings

For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return or exchange. This policy helps us maintain the hygiene and quality standards our customers expect.

This exclusion does not affect your rights if an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us at hello@milajamesjewelry.com before returning it so we can help resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your payment provider to complete the refund.
