30 Day Returns
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right as long as your return request is made within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at hello@milajamesjewelry.com and we’ll send you the return address and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Mila James reserves the right to refuse a return if items do not meet our return conditions or show signs of wear, damage or tampering.
Return Shipping & Fees
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@milajamesjewelry.com and we’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Final Sale Items
- Gift Cards
Getting Your Money Back
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@milajamesjewelry.com
